CartONG is developing an E-Learning platform on how to conduct a participatory REDD+ process in terms of fieldwork, Carbon modelling, GIS and Remote Sensing applications supporting the process with Open Source Tools. It is based on the REDD+ pilot we conducted in Vietnam.
