RONGEAD has implemented training activities since 1993.

Our main strategy includes interventions as "initial" or awareness raising trainings, and more specialised vocational training.

Initial trainings

Those interventions usually have target students (BTS level i.e. advanced technician level - two years after high school, University level, "Grandes Ecoles" i.e. engineer and specialised schools).

Interventions range from half day seminars to in-depth up to 3 weeks duration. The whole intervention can be handled by RONGEAD, duly mandated by the receiving institution. Intervention are always based on a preliminary assessment of the institutions needs.

Vocational trainings

The target is usually vocational organisations managers, Trade Unions, Business, Administrations, development organisms or finally professors.

The training can cover from a half’s day work up to 4-5 days work, depending on the desired level of coverage. Trainings are intensely interactive, their aim is to share expertise and transfer know-how, building on actual practices and practical experience, to supply up-to-date information and to foster networking in order to insure sustainability.
